No formal meeting to be done but participants have the right to get Briefing on fair preparedness from the organizers as they visit the Fair Office. Brief will be on, Time of opening and closing, Competition categories, Judging Exercise, Official Opening of the Trade fair. Any Interactive question and answers.

Exhibitors continue with fair preparations and start to arrange their exhibits in their Booths at the trade fair grounds. Security is assured.

9:00 am – 6:00 pm BEGINNING OF THE TRADE FAIR
Beginning of the Trade Fair. Admission of Business Persons, Admission of the General Public to the trade fair grounds. Preparations and notification to exhibitors regarding judging exercise to be done beginning 29th May 2020 in the morning.

12.05 pm – 2.00pm Guest of Honour and invited Dignitaries visit to Trade Fair Pavilions
2:00 pm – 2.10 pm Activities of opening begins – TCCIA Tanga Regional Chamber responsibility.
2:10 pm – 2:20 pm Introductions of Leadership and Invited Dignitrieas.
2:20 pm – 2:30 pm TCCIA President welcoming note to Regional Commissioner.
2:30 pm – 2:45 pm Regional Commissioner Welcoming note to Guest of Honour.
2:45 pm – 3: 10 pm Guest of Honour speech and Official opening of the 8th Tanga Trade Fair 2020
3:10 pm – 4:10 pm Guest of hour to give Certificates and Trophies to best performing Exhibitors /Participants.
4:30 pm Guest of Honour leaves from Mwahako Trade Fair Ground
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm Cocktail Party – Tanga Beach Resort.
