Ministry of Trade of Republic of Turkey coordinates the “Buyers’ Mission Programs” with the participation of foreign importers and representatives of business circle from different countries, Turkish producer and exporter companies, related business environment representatives, with the aim of increasing the market share of Turkey in certain countries, as well as creating new market access opportunities for Turkish products.
The Exporters’ Unions are responsible for the organization of “Buyers’ Mission Programs” and events such as meetings, seminars and conferences with the participation of chambers of trade and industry, NGOs, federations or confederations in Turkey.
Please find attached (Appendix-1) the list for ‘Buyers’ Mission Program’ that will take place in 2019 in Turkey. Within the framework of the Program; events such as briefings, visiting fair stands, and B2B meetings, will be organized, as well as trips to production facilities will take place. Moreover, you can also have access to all ‘Buyers’ Mission Program’ for 2019 at https://www.trade.gov.tr/trade-fairs-and-buyers-mission. The accommodation costs (including breakfast) will be met by Ministry of Trade. 5 companies with1 representative for each company can participate in the Buyers’ Mission Program’ at the maximum level. Representatives who are taking part in the mission should have the authority for purchasing.
While observing the application deadlines that are set out in ‘Buyers’ Mission Program List’ attached in Appendix-1 for each BG event, companies which are interested in participating in International Buyers’ Mission Program, are kindly requested to fill in the hereby attached application form (Appendix-2), and return it to the Turkish Embassy’s Office of the Commercial Counsellor in Dar es Salaam.
